The eyes of the racing world are on the Epsom Downs this weekend, where the 2015 Investec Derby will be hosted on Friday and Saturday afternoons. From the outset, the action will be intense. That much is clear from the £70,000 prize fund allocated to the 14:00 Princess Elizabeth Stakes. Odeliz is fancied as 3/1 favourite in spite of zero victories seven races. Lightning Thunder also hasn’t won in seven races, yet is just behind Odeliz at 3/1.

Don’t Be is in much better form at 6/1. The five-year-old has won four times in its past seven races and is in superior form. Bold Laas is another intriguing prospect at 8/1, having won three from its past five.
