Today’s recap of UK horse racing results comes from Bath Racecourse. Weather-wise, the sky was overcast yet did not rain until later on. Consequently, the going remained firm (good to firm in places) on Tuesday afternoon.

The first of the six races was the 14:00 Handicap, which was won by 12/1 outsider Powerful Dream at the expense of 11/8 favourite Sing Something. Another favourite missed out when 2/1 prospect Lead A Merry Dance lost to 10/1 Dangerous Age in the 14:35 Fillies Handicap.

Rathaath then won at 6/1 to hold off 7/2 joint-favourite Snap Shots in the 15:10 Handicap. Ironically, Agerzam won at 10/1 in the 15:45 Handicap, just ahead of 11/4 favourite Edged Out.

Yet another favourite was disappointed when 11/8 Cocker lost to Doctor Kehoe at 11/4 in the 16:20 Handicap. Favourites were entirely held out when Senor George won at 11/4 in the 16:55 Handicap in front of Santayana as 6/4 favourite.
