Peru Beat Venezuela in 2015 Copa America

Group C of the 2015 Copa America has been a turbulent yet thrilling ride over the first two games. Colombia got things started with an unexpected 1-0 defeat at the hands of Venezuela.

Brazil then surprised nobody by winning 2-1 against Peru. After two games, Brazil and Venezuela were level on three points. However, that has all changed after the second round of games in Group C.

First of all, Colombia managed to rebound with a narrow 1-0 victory over Brazil to move level on three points. And secondly, Peru managed the same feat when they beat Venezuela with a 1-0 score.

Following the latest football results from yesterday (18 June), Group C of the Copa America has been blown wide open. The remaining games will see Colombia play Peru on Sunday, while Brazil will face off against Venezuela. Brazil star Neymar will miss the game after his red card from the Colombia game.
